LVHS runner Brough signs with RustlersMay 3, 2020 By Randy Tucker, Staff Writer
Lander senior Kameron Brough has signed a national letter of intent to compete for the Central Wyoming College Rustlers in cross country beginning this fall.
The Tiger senior is an honor student carrying a 4.0 grade point average and will add depth to the Rustler squad this fall.
Brough placed 19th at the Class 3-A state cross country meet last fall, a key member of Lander's state runner-up finish.
The Tigers were second at the regional meet as well.
"Kameron will be a good fit at CWC. He is the kind of runner you want on your team," Central Wyoming College head cross country coach Al Lara said.
"He is a guy that doesn't miss practice, tells you he loves running and respects his teammates and coach."
Lara had praise for Lander head cross country coach Kevin Green and his program.
"His high school coach Kevin Green has groomed him well. He will help out with building a strong men's team," Lara said. "I can't wait for August 1 and our opening day of practice
