A baby was born to Raquel Black and Tryvale Big Medicine of Riverton at 11:54 p.m. Friday, April 3, at Sage West Health Care Lander. The newborn weighed 7 pounds 11 ounces.
Barbara Jeanette Richardson Dickinson, 82, passed away March 29, 2020, at SageWest Health Care at Lander. Due to the current events, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Judith Kay Otte, 75, of Lander, died April 2, 2020, in Riverton. A memorial service will be determined at a later date.
Marlene Wolfrang, 84, passed away Friday, April 3, 2020. Family services will be held given the COVID-19 restrictions. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Sky Child "Gesik" Big Knife, 79, passed away due to natural causes Friday, April 3, 2020, at the Morning Star Care Center in Fort Washakie. Wake services will begin at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 5, 2020, and will continue until his funeral service, which will be at 10 a.m. Monday, April 6, 2020, all at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church. Burial will follow in the Rocky Boy Cemetery.
Traditional American Indian services for Donna Faye Harris Antelope, 60, were held at 10 a.m. Monday, April 6, 2020, at Yellowcalf Cemetery in Ethete. A prayer service was held Sunday evening at the family home.
Funeral services for Robert Coles, 42, were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 7, 2020, at his home. Interment will follow at Oldman Cemetery. A prayer service was held Monday evening at the Coles residence.
Robert "Bob" Gilliland, 88, of Riverton passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2020. Cremation has taken place, and no services are scheduled.
Mary Ellen Thomas, 80, passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2020, at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper. A funeral service was held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 7, 2020, at the Gorman Funeral Homes - Converse Chapel with Pastor Todd Weber of the Congregational United Church of Christ officiating. Interment will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 8, 2020, at the Mountain View Cemetery in Riverton.

Rudolph Norse, 51, of Riverton, was arrested at about 11:40 a.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of East Pershing Avenue for public intoxication.
Property destruction was reported at about 1:20 p.m. Wednesday on South Broadway. The initial report indicates a female subject broke a house window.
A 19-year-old Riverton woman was cited at about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 2600 block of Peck Avenue for possession of a controlled substance. The initial report was regarding a student with drug paraphernalia.
A .22 rifle was reported stolen at about 6:20 p.m. Wednesday from an unlocked vehicle in the 300 block of North Sixth Street East.
Harassment was reported at about 7:40 p.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of Valley Circle. The initial report indicates someone was "being harassed by texts, phone call and emails."
William Yellowrobe, 47, of Lander, was arrested at about 8:25 p.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of Eagle Drive for domestic assault. The initial report was regarding a physical fight in an apartment.
Theft from a building was reported at about 9:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of West Main Street. The initial report indicates two males and two females "came in and took multiple bottles of moonshine."
In Riverton Police Department reports Tuesday:
Vandalism was reported at about 11:15 a.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of East Pershing Avenue. The initial report indicates two tires were slashed on a blue 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Vandalism was reported at about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of North Federal Boulevard. The initial report was regarding suspected vandalism at Veterans Park. Officials said a piece of Plexiglas on the right portion of a mural was "pried off."
Harassment was reported at about 7:20 p.m. Tuesday in the 2400 block of Peck Avenue. The initial report was regarding "a harassing text."

Trespassing was reported at about 5:10 p.m. Wednesday near Lander.

Deputies responded at about 7:05 a.m. Tuesday to a report of sheep on the road on Eight Mile Road near Pavillion. The initial report was regarding 30 sheep.
Assault was reported at about 9 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Railroad Street in Lander. The initial report indicates the incident took place March 31.
Theft was reported at about 9 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Railroad Street in Lander. The initial report indicates the incident took place April 3.
A propane tank was reported stolen at about 11 a.m. Tuesday from a camper trailer on North Eighth Street West.
