Willis "Weasel" Mann, 41, of Fort Washakie, passed away Saturday, March 28, 2020, in Salt Lake City, following a long illness. Private family services will be held given the COVID-19 restrictions.Public memorial services will be held later this year.
Necia "Dee" Shepardson, 78, died March 10, 2020, at her home in Lander. At her request she was cremated and is being placed with her true love Les M. Shepardson. No services will be taking place.
Debra "Debbie" Stewart, 67, of Riverton, passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2020, at the Wind River Rehabilitation and Care Center. No services are scheduled at this time.
Marilyn Jolene Bond, 81, passed away March 30, 2020, at Wind River Rehab and Wellness in Riverton. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Cremation has taken place.
Jean Darlene Eckley, 71, passed away March 29, 2020, at her home in Riverton with her family by her side after a long battle with cancer.No services are scheduled at this time.
Andrew "Andy" Deering, 72, of rural Riverton, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2020, at his home surrounded by family. A celebration of life will take place this summer.
Velina Rebecca "Becky" Sage Quiver, 63, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2020. Private family services will be held, given the COVID-19 restrictions. Public memorial services will be held at a later date.

In Riverton police reports from Tuesday to Wednesday morning:
Police responded to a report of an unsecure premises at about 10:10 a.m. Tuesday in the 2300 block of East Adams Avenue. The initial report indicates a vacant trailer door was open. Officials said "everything was good to go."
Trespassing was reported at about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of West Adams Avenue. The reporting party wanted someone trespassed from a facility.
Dallas Dresser, 32, of Riverton, was arrested at about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of East Pershing Avenue for public intoxication. The initial report was regarding a female subject with her back against a fence; the reporting party said she "appears to be sleeping."
A 17-year-old girl was cited at about 9 p.m. Tuesday in the 1200 block of North 12th Street East and released to a responsible party. The initial report was regarding underage consumption. The reporting party said "there are kids drinking."
A 47-year-old Riverton man was arrested at about 9:20 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of North Third Street East for public intoxication. The initial report was regarding an intoxicated male subject "outside;" the reporting party "attempted to wake him up but was unable to rouse the man."
Ladine Headley, 45, of Arapahoe, was arrested at about 11:25 p.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of Evelyn Circle for driving while under the influence. The reporting party said a "car hit mail boxes but the lady is walking away from the vehicle."
Injuries were recorded in a traffic incident reported at about 12:40 a.m. Wednesday in the 2100 block of West Sunset Drive. The initial report indicates the incident took place "somewhere on Riverview on an embankment;" the reporting party indicated a female subject was injured.
Property destruction was reported at about 9 a.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of North Federal Boulevard. The initial report indicates someone cut the fence to a back yard. The reporting party didn't know whether anything was taken, pending "inventory."
Injuries were recorded in a traffic incident reported at about 9:45 a.m. Wednesday in the Riverton area. The reporting party said "he woke up in a field this morning with a gash on his head (and) has no idea what happened." He also said he couldn't find his red F150 truck.
A hit and run incident was reported at about 10:25 a.m. Wednesday in the 1200 block of East Washington Avenue. The initial report indicates the incident took place "sometime last night" and involved a blue 1997 Chey truck.
A 33-year-old Riverton man was cited at about 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 1300 block of South Federal Boulevard for domestic assault. The initial report was regarding a subject who "took off."
A 45-year-old Kinnear woman was cited at about 12:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 1500 block of North Federal Boulevard for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The initial report indicates a female subject stole the reporting party's vehicle "after an altercation" two nights before and was "refusing to return it."
Rudolph Norse, 51, of Riverton, was arrested at about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of North Federal Boulevard for public intoxication. The initial report was regarding an intoxicated male subject "passed out on the sidewalk."
Johnathan Quiver, 24, of Riverton, was arrested at about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 700 block of West Main Street for criminal entry and pedestrian under the influence. The initial report was regarding a male subject who was "trying to get into a house in an open window."
Theft from a motor vehicle was reported at about 4:50 p.m. Wednesday in the 2600 block of Peck Avenue. The initial report indicates two incidents took place earlier that morning.
Theft from a motor vehicle was reported at about 7:40 p.m. Wednesday in the 700 block of East Main Street. The initial report indicates an Xbox was taken from a vehicle sometime in the past couple of hours.
George Brown, 28, of Riverton, was arrested at about 9:25 p.m. Wednesday in the 3000 block of College Hill Drive for public intoxication. The initial report was regarding an intoxicated male subject refusing to leave a house.
Lance Lajeunesse, 22, of Riverton, was arrested at about 1:05 a.m. Thursday in the 300 block of Sycamore Drive for driving while under the influence. The initial report indicates a vehicle hit a brick wall.
In Fremont County Sheriff's Office reports Wednesday:
Injuries were recorded in a traffic incident reported at about 1:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 9300 block of Wyoming Highway 789 near Hudson. The initial report was regarding a vehicle that "went off the road." Officials said the Wyoming Highway Patrol responded.
Deputies assisted firefighters in responding at about 1:40 p.m. Tuesday to a report of a hay stack on fire on Eight Mile Road near Riverton.
Slashed tires were reported at about 4:15 p.m. Tuesday on River Bend Lane near Dubois.
Harassment was reported at about 5:40 p.m. Tuesday on Windy Flat Drive near Kinnear.
A vicious animal was reported at about 5:45 p.m. Tuesday on Hillcrest Drive near Lander. The initial report indicates a "dog was attacked by another dog;" the reporting party said "this is an ongoing problem."
Threatening was reported at about 7:45 p.m. Tuesday on South Oklahoma Avenue in Hudson. The reporting party said "her husband was threatened and minorly assaulted."
One person was arrested at about 6:40 a.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of Amy Lou Lane for felony property destruction. The reporting party said "someone broke out all the windows in the trailer."
Jaclynn Warren, 19, of Riverton, was arrested at about 9:20 a.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of Railroad Street in Lander for underage consumption, possession of a controlled substance, property destruction and on a Fremont County warrant for failure to appear.
Harassment was reported at about 11:05 a.m. Wednesday on Velma Jo Street near Riverton. The initial report was regarding a subject "stating they want to beat the reporting party up."
Harassment was reported at about 9:35 p.m. Wednesday near Riverton. The reporting party said her "ex-husband is messaging her and won't stop."
