'Job well done' on story about 1949 blizzard

I'm writing in regards to the feature story by Steve Peck about Don Strube and the "Blizzard of '49," published in The Ranger on Jan. 12.

My brother and sister- in- law live in Cheyenne, but they spent many years in Albin, and I knew they would enjoy reading it.

They were not the only ones. They passed it along to their friends, many now living out of state, but who were there at the time and suffered through that storm.

It brought back a lot of memories for all of us.

Our thanks to The Ranger for an article well done.
