Owen "Bud" Cook Neil, 81, passed away Saturday, Sept. 21, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2019, at Davis Funeral Home with pastor Matt White officiating. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery with military honors.

Rose Marie Saunders died Sept. 22, 2019, at Kindred Nursing Home in Riverton. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Oct. 24 at the Davis Funeral Home

LaRae Anderson, 62, of Riverton, passed away Saturday, Sept. 21, 2019. Services are pending through Davis Funeral Home.

ANTELOPE

Anderson "Andy" Antelope, 58, of Riverton, passed away Saturday, Sept. 21, 2019. A wake will be held Friday, Sept. 27, 2019, at Blue Sky Hall. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, 2019, at Blue Sky Hall with burial to follow at Wallowing Bull Cemetery.

GONZALES

Jose A. Gonzales, 82, of Riverton, passed away Friday, Sept. 13, 2019, at his home. No services are scheduled at this time.

In Riverton Police Department weekend reports through Tuesday morning:

A juvenile problem was reported at about 8:05 a.m. Friday in the 300 block of Spire Drive. The initial report was regarding a 14-year-old boy "refusing to go to school." Officials said a school resource officer provided a ride.

A purse was reported lost or stolen at about 9:15 a.m. Friday in the 1700 block of North Federal Boulevard. The reporting party said the purse was stolen Sunday.

Daniel Galindre, 28, of Riverton, was arrested at about 12:30 p.m. Friday in the 700 block of North Federal Boulevard for criminal trespass.

Vandalism was reported at about 1:15 p.m. Friday in the 1100 block of North Federal Boulevard. The reporting party said a building was "tagged with red graffiti."

An animal problem was reported at about 1:20 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of Belinda Drive. The initial report was regarding a bat on a porch; it was unknown whether the animal was alive.

An animal problem was reported at about 5 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of Pinnacle Drive. The initial report was regarding a dead bat. Officials said the bat was picked up.

A 40-year-old Riverton man was cited at about 6:25 p.m. Friday on Sioux Avenue for battery. The initial report was regarding a male subject with a "busted lip."

Officers provided a courtesy ride at about 9:15 p.m. Friday after a female subject on Sioux Avenue called to report her 16-year-old grandson "was drinking and got out of hand;" she said he "left the area ... running on foot."

A 24-year-old Riverton man was cited at about 2:10 a.m. Saturday in an alley near the 100 block of North Fifth Street for vandalism. The initial report was regarding a male subject with a laceration to his right arm; the reporting party also reported damage to the window of a vehicle and referred to a subject "hiding behind a dumpster."

Craig Oldman, 33, of Riverton, was arrested at about 6:30 a.m. Saturday in the 3000 block of College Hill Drive for probation revocation. The reporting party said a male subject in a "building across from her" was "yelling at her and threatening to harm her."

Threatening was reported at about 12:45 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Comanche Court. The initial report indicates someone was threatening to "break out" the reporting party's windows.

Shoplifting was reported at about 4:35 p.m. Saturday in the 600 block of North Federal Boulevard. The initial report indicates four brass fitting worth about $40 were taken "about an hour ago."

Shoplifting was reported at about 6:25 p.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of North Federal Boulevard. The initial report indicates the incident involved two juveniles who had left the scene.

A noise complaint came in at about 9:35 p.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of Mary Anne Drive. The initial report indicates there was "loud music coming from the little shed behind the main house." Officials said the subjects were contacted and advised to keep the noise down.

Harassment was reported at about 10:30 p.m. Saturday in the 800 block of East Main Street. The initial report indicates a white car was following some children.

A courtesy ride was provided after police responded at about 1:10 a.m. Sunday to a report of an "unruly female patron refusing to leave" a bar in the area. The reporting party said "a group is trying to keep her out," and the female subject was "starting to physically and verbally fight other females."

A wallet and purse were reported stolen at about 2 a.m. Sunday from a white Kida Sorento parked in the 700 block of East Main Street.

A traffic hazard was reported at about 4:30 a.m. Sunday in the 800 block of West Park Avenue. The reporting party said there were "bricks or something in the road there and also on North Eighth Street West by the school there is a ramp."

A suspicious vehicle was reported at about 7:40 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Stone Drive. The initial report was regarding a black Audi that was left parked and running "with nobody in it." Officials said the subject was contacted.

Janell SunRhodes, 28, of Arapahoe, was arrested at about 8:15 a.m. Sunday in the 500 block of North Broadway for public intoxication.

A 49-year-old Riverton man was cited at about 9:40 a.m. Sunday in the 500 block of Pinnacle Drive for vicious dog. The initial report indicates a male subject was "attacked by a dog."

No injuries were recorded in a two-vehicle traffic incident reported at about 1 p.m. Sunday in the 800 block of North Federal Boulevard. The initial report indicates the incident involved a Toyota Highlander and a Dodge Durango.

One male subject was transported to the Center of Hope alcohol detoxification and rehabilitation facility after police responded at about 2:50 p.m. Sunday to a report of intoxication in the 500 block of North Broadway.

No injuries were recorded in a traffic incident reported at about 3:05 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of South Seventh Street East. The initial report indicates a vehicle hit a building.

Assault was reported at about 3:45 p.m. Sunday in the 700 block of Eagle Drive. The initial report indicates "people inside a gold Blazer ... beat up a man and took off."

Peter Blackburn, 32, of Riverton, was arrested at about 7:50 p.m. Sunday in the 600 block of West Fremont Avenue for domestic battery. The initial report was regarding a three people - two males and one female - "physically fighting" in a front yard.

One male subject was transported to the Center of Hope alcohol detoxification and rehabilitation facility after police responded at about 8:05 p.m. Sunday to a report of intoxication at SageWest Health Care at Riverton, 2100 W. Sunset Drive. The initial report was a request for a ride.

In Fremont County Sheriff's Office weekend reports:

Fraud was reported at about 8:20 a.m. Friday on Painted Hills Drive near Dubois. The initial report indicates a cell phone was "hacked."

Shayne Armajo, 33, of Kinnear, was arrested at about 10:05 a.m. Friday at the Fremont County Sheriff's Office in the 1100 block of Major Avenue in Riverton for bond violation.

A license plate was reported stolen at about 10:40 a.m. Friday on Timbe-Sogup Lane near Lander.

Willie Moore, 61, of Riverton, was arrested at about 10:50 a.m. Friday in the 3000 block of College Hill Drive in Riverton on a Tulsa County, Oklahoma, warrant for first-degree murder.

Threatening was reported at about 12:30 p.m. Friday on Wilson Road near Riverton. The initial report indicates someone was "going to make her move to Utah and she doesn't get a say."

An electrical hazard was reported at about 2:30 p.m. Friday in the 1200 block of U.S. Highway 26 near Riverton. The initial report indicates a transformer was arcing.

A goat was found at about 4:05 p.m. Friday on Lander Mountain Road near Lander.

No injuries were recorded in a traffic incident involving a vehicle and a deer reported at about 8:15 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of Missouri Valley Road near Shoshoni.

A noise complaint came in at about 11:55 p.m. Friday in the 1500 block of East Monroe Avenue in Riverton. The initial report was regarding "loud music."

A traffic hazard was reported at about 7:30 a.m. Saturday on Eight Mile Road near Pavillion. The initial report indicates three horses were "in the middle of the road."

Darrel Smith, 30, of Kiner, was arrested at about 8 a.m. Saturday at the Fremont County Sheriff's Office in the 1100 block of Major Avenue for bond violation.

An animal problem was reported at about 12:45 p.m. Saturday on Western Avenue near Lander. The reporting party said three turkeys were "in her front yard;" she called it an "ongoing problem."

No injuries were recorded in a traffic incident reported at about 7:30 a.m. Sunday in the 600 block of Wood Street near Lander. The initial report indicates a "man ran into the back of the truck." Officials said the Lander Police Department took the case.

No injuries were recorded in a traffic incident reported at about 8:15 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of East Ramshorn Street in Dubois. The initial report indicates the incident involved a "side swiped vehicle."

Cody Headley, 21, of Riverton, was arrested at about 6:35 p.m. Sunday in the 1500 block of East Monroe Avenue in Riverton on a Fremont County warrant for failure to appear. The initial report was regarding an intoxicated male subject in front of an office with his "pants half down" and "blood on (his) mouth."

Michael King, 41, of Riverton, was arrested at about 9:45 p.m. Sunday in the 1500 block of East Monroe Avenue for driving while under the influence. The initial report indicates he was "very intoxicated" and left the area in a "newer black Jeep."

Ryan Antelope, 23, of Ethete, was arrested for bond violation.

Tyler Boysen, 20, of Riverton, was arrested on Fremont County warrants for unlawful entry into an occupied structure and property destruction and defacement related to a Riverton Police Department case.

Jason Gray, 44, of Cheyenne, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of stolen property.

Pete Ouray, 25, of Riverton, was arrested for bond violation.
