Mar 23, 2012 - StaffBrian Yates and Lauren Traina were married in a lovely candelight ceremony October 15, 2011 in Tampa, Florida. Lily Ana Sarg officiated the ceremony. The wedding and reception was held at the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center.
Lauren is the daughter of Domenick and Shari Traina of Tampa. Brian is the son of Robert and Barbara Yates, of Riverton.
Maid of honor was Kennedy Segler, of Washington D.C. Bridesmaids were Justine Guggino, of Tampa, Fla., Christine Schoefield, of Chicago, Jennifer Altamirando, of Tampa, Fla., Stephany Perez of Gainsville and Leslie Naoom, of Fort Myers, Fla.
Best man was Tyler Koses of Abilene, Texas. Groomsmen were William Yates, of Laramie and Charles Hood, of Gillette, Andy Edwards, of Sundance, Travis Rohrberg, of Wichita, Kan., Tony Altamirando, of Tampa, Fla., and usher Brian Wicker of Land O' Lakes, Fla.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Plant High School in Tampa. She received a F.S. in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida and received a M.M.S. in Physician Assistant from Nova Southeastern University. She is employed by Medical Associates of West Florida.
The groom is a 2002 graduate of Riverton High School and received his B.S. in Athletic Training from Bethany College, and his M.M.S. in Physician Assistant from Nova Southeastern University. He is employed by the Florida Orthopedic Institute. The couple is residing in Odessa, Fla. There will be a reception at the Reach Foundation on July 21, 2012, to honor the couple.
