Frances I. Case, of Riverton, has been installed as District Deputy to the Elks National President for the lodges in the Southwest District of the Wyoming Elks Association. Case was installed at the Order's 149th Elks National Convention from July 14-18 in Reno, Nev., where more than 7,000 members and guests were present. She will serve a one-year term. More than 7,500 members belong to 16 Elks lodges in Wyoming. Nationally, the Elks give almost $350 million annually in cash, donations in kind, and volunteer service.
