Jul 15, 2013 - From staff reportsCentral Wyoming College has many student housing options available for the 2013 fall semester with the added benefit of living among a group that shares academic goals and interests.
CWC has space available in both the Residence Hall and Mote Hall, said residence life coordinator Jonathan Rasbach.
This fall, CWC faculty and staff will begin grouping resident students from similar academic programs into Living-Learning Communities. Rasbach said research indicates LLC students have higher retention and completion rates as well as increased interaction with faculty, thus giving students unique experiences that connect classroom learning with residence life.
Many of the housing complexes at CWC are undergoing or have been remodeled in the past several years. By mid-September, the entire west apartment complex will be remodeled. The apartment renovation in the east complex should be ready by the beginning of the spring semester.
There are also new enhancements being done in both the Residence and Mote Halls with furniture and flooring and heating systems.
For more information or to apply for housing, call Rasbach at 855-2210.
