Jun 23, 2013 - From staff reportsA plant identification and ecology field day will be 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday in Fremont County.
Dan Rogers, a professor in the Department of Ecosystem Science and Management at the University of Wyoming, will provide instruction.
Participants are asked to meet on the lawn at the Fremont County Courthouse in Lander and will carpool to the field. Those attending are asked to bring a lunch. Drinks and snacks will be provided.
"Participants should be prepared for half a day in the sun," said Barton Stam, University of Wyoming Extension educator.
