Births

C'BEARING

A son was born to Julian C'Bearing of Riverton and Tyrell Tillman of Lander at 2:48 p.m. March 26, 2013, at Riverton Memorial Hospital. He weighed 8 pounds, 14 ounces.

BEARING

A daughter was born to Charlie Bearing of Arapahoe at 7:09 a.m. March 21, 2013, at Riverton Memorial Hospital. She weighed 5 pounds, 8.5 ounces.

Deaths

CHAVEZ

Kathryn Jean Chavez, of Ethete, died Friday, April 5, in her home with her family present. Visitation has been arranged for 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, in Blue Sky Hall. She will then be taken home for the rest of the night. A funeral service will be Wednesday, April 10, in Blue Sky Hall, with burial to follow in the mission cemetery in Ethete.

Mosquito Program Forum is at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 240 Lincoln St., Lander. City of Lander Weed and Pest Supervisor James DeMasi will propose using the chemical Zenivex. The event is a question and answer and idea sharing meeting.

"Division Street" is at 7 p.m. at the Lander Library, 451 N. Second St., Lander. This movie is part of the Earth Day film series.

In Riverton Police Department weekend reports through Tuesday morning:

- Everett Addison, 29, of Riverton, was arrested for public intoxication at about 12:20 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of East Main Street.

- Fallon Addison, 30, of Ethete, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear at about 2 p.m. Friday at Riverton City Hall.

- Ronald Brown, 46, of St. Stephen's, was arrested for public intoxication at about 2:40 p.m. Friday in the 700 block of North Federal Boulevard.

- Taylor CrazyThunder, 20, of Riverton, was arrested for probation revocation at about 3:25 p.m. Friday in the 600 block of East Madison Avenue.

- Yvette Blackburn, 49, of Riverton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear at about 3:45 p.m. Saturday in the 9000 block of Wyoming Highway 789 south of Riverton.

- Theodore Bell, 30, of Arapahoe, was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court at about 4:20 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of East Jefferson Avenue.

- Rosa WolfBlack, 21, of Lame Deer, Mont., was arrested for breach of peace at about 7:25 p.m. Saturday at the Fremont County Alcohol Crisis Center.

- Dominic FightingBear, 36, of Arapahoe, was arrested for public intoxication at about 12:20 p.m. Sunday in the 800 block of East Main Street.

- Lucia Jenkins, 55, of Riverton, was arrested for assault at about 4:30 p.m. Sunday in the 500 block of South Third Street West. Police were responding to reports of a family fight.

- Ricky Anderson, 63, of Thermopolis, was arrested for driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content of .21 at about 10 p.m. Sunday in the 600 block of West Main Street. According to reports, he had driven his green truck through the drive through at a local restaurant, and an employee there called to say Anderson was intoxicated.

- Roxanne Mons, 49, of Riverton, was arrested for breach of peace and false reporting to police at about 10 a.m. Monday in the 700 block of Eagle Drive.

In Fremont County Sheriff's Office weekend reports through Tuesday morning:

- Albert Tillman, 42, of Lander, was arrested for driving under the influence, open container, no insurance, no valid driver's license, head lamps and no seat belt at about 9:30 p.m. Friday in the 1200 block of West Ramshorn Street in Dubois.

- Michael Lynch, 52, of Riverton, was arrested for driving under the influence at about 3:45 p.m. Saturday in the 9000 block of Wyoming Highway 789 near Hudson. According to initial reports, Lynch's vehicle was swerving on the road, and it appeared that the vehicle's passenger car was being opened repeatedly.

- Tina Sloan, 55, of Riverton, was arrested for driving under the influence and open container at about 1:10 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Honor Farm Road and Clear View Drive north of Riverton.
