Jan 30, 2013 - Peg Leslie, RivertonEditor:
I was at the basketball game the other day at Riverton High School. I don't usually go to the games, but I was there to support a very young neighbor of mine who danced at the halftime show with the other junior dancers (quite a show!).
There was a very large crowd there, and I must say I was surprised to see that the concession stand was closed. A lot of people went thirsty and hungry when they supposed there would be a concession stand operating.
Again, I do not attend regularly, but I would think that having a concession stand open to serve such a large crowd would be good for all concerned.
