The University of Wyoming lists the following students from Fremont County on the 2012 fall semester president's honor roll.
The president's honor roll consists of regularly enrolled undergraduates who earned a 4.0 ("A") grade point average for the semester.

County students on honor lists
CHADRON, Neb. -- Tess Clemetson, of Riverton, qualified for the fall 2012 president's list at Chadron State College.
Rachael Medow, of Riverton, Kaitlyn Slagowski, of Riverton, and David Soule, of Hudson, are among the 384 names on Chadron State College's fall 2012 dean's list.
To qualify for the list, students must earn a grade-point average of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and be enrolled in at least 12 hours of coursework.
Lander resident named to dean's list
SEARCY, Ark. -- Lander resident Benjamin Shipley, a senior at Harding University, is among more than 1,000 students included on the dean's list for grades achieved during the fall semester.
To be eligible for the dean's list, a student must be enrolled in 12 or more hours with a 3.65 or higher grade-point average and no incompletes.
Otto promoted to Senior Airman
CHEYENNE -- Jonathan Otto, formerly of Fremont County, was recently promoted to the rank of Senior Airman in the Wyoming Air National Guard.
Otto is an air transportation journeyman, assigned to the 153rd Logistics Readiness Squadron. His duties include loading, passenger service, unloading and loading military and civilian contract aircraft.
He has been assigned to the unit since enlisting Sept. 11, 2009.
Otto resides in Laramie where he is a student at the University of Wyoming. He is a 2004 graduate of Shoshoni High School, a 2006 graduate of Central Wyoming College in Riverton, and a 2008 graduate of Casper College in Casper.
Otto resides with his wife and child. He is the son of Neil and Barb Otto of Riverton.
