Dec 19, 2012 - StaffStephen C. Beemer died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012, at his home. He was 64 years old.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses with Terry Sanders officiating.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Davis Funeral Home.
Stephen Clyde Beemer was born Nov. 13, 1948, in Emporia, Kan., the son of Eldon and Fayetta (Phillips) Beemer.
He graduated high school in Hartford, Kan., in 1966. He called Wyoming home for 33 years.
Mr. Beemer was the owner of two businesses in Wyoming: Forbis Co. and Custom Commercial Svc.
He served as an international missionary and was a full-time minister. He was a Bible student and teacher and assisted others to understand the Bible. He was always available to help others when they needed him.
His family said he loved hunting, fishing and camping in the mountains with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Ellen Jeanne Beemer of Riverton; mother Fayetta Beemer; sons Grant and Bob Beemer; daughter Rachel Gregory; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brothers Terry and Richard Beemer; and sister Donna Gibson.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Glenda Beemer; father Eldon Beemer; and brother Gary Beemer.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Davis Funeral Home of Riverton.
