Central Wyoming College Quality Leader Whitney Martinez, right, used CWC basketball player Roozario Wiggins to measure lengths of raffle tickets at Thursday night's Oktoberfest CWC fundraiser at the Holiday Inn. Close to $30,000 was raised for scholarships during the CWC Foundation benefit.
