Wind has impacts, too

Jun 29, 2017 - Joseph L. Vakarich, Riverton

In your annual edition on Wyoming energy (June 14), I found the story on the huge Chokecherry wind farm very interesting. People talk about the "environmental impact" of coal mines or gas wells, but this project has very significant environmental factors to consider as well. You can't just put up a thousand skyscrapers in the countryside without have some impact.

All the energy sources have their advantages and their minuses, wind included.
