She was born Nov. 16, 1991, in Riverton, the daughter of Christopher and Natalie SunRhodes.
She was a lifelong resident of the Wind River Indian Reservation. Her main passion in life was her two children and her family. She enjoyed playing, laughing, hugging and kissing her children always. She attended schools at Arapahoe and Central Wyoming College. She enjoyed reading, writing, music, doing her hair and makeup and was always up on fashion. She enjoyed working at 789 Smoke Shop socializing with everyone, was an entrepreneur, and loved to travel and see new places. She enjoyed "chopping it up with her homies" and loved to talk, laugh, socialize and tease.
"She especially loved her family and kids."
She is survived by mother and father, Christopher and Natalie SunRhodes; daughter, Brilynn Jade Moss; son, Ashton Drake Moss; sisters Jana and Ozshnee Behan, Tashala, Charity SunRhodes, Brenda Hubbard, Myra and Natalie Brown, Nicole Barraza, Bonita Bell, Mona Underwood, Tyrene Loya, Autumn WallowingBull Medicine Cloud, Courtney and Katrina Piper, Marissa Amos, Alberta and Bridgette Oldman and Feather Blackburn; brothers Kenneth Shakespeare Jr., J R Bell, Glen Steven and Christopher Royce SunRhodes, Martin Ryan, Homer James and Kenneth Blackburn Jr., Cory Cameron Piper, Amos and Miklo Oldman, Michael Timbana, Brent and Brandon Gould, Garrett Medicine Cloud, Franklin "Jay Bird" and Gary Oldman, and Mathew Padilla; grandparent, Betty Lea Lehto; aunts Carol Ann Piper Friday, Evelina Blackburn, Connie Brown, Johnette Piper, Betty Glick, Roberta Eagle, Carla Geboe and Rose Oldman; uncles Benjamin John Piper Jr., Mitchell Piper, Benjamin John and Otto Oldman; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and the familes of SunRhodes, Blackburn, Bell, Antelope, Eagle, Brown, Lujan, Piper, Gould Fighting Bear, WallowingBull, Oldman and Sitting Eagle.
She was preceded in death by sister, Whitney SunRhodes; brothers Shawn Eli Armajo, Sonny VanFleet and Duane Moody Spoonhunter; grandparents Benjamin John Piper Sr., Pauline Marie Gound Spider, and Benjamin and Faith M SunRhodes; aunt, Sandra Mae Piper Lucero; uncles Frederick Steven Piper, Frances Bell and Willard and Glen SunRhodes; and nieces, Jesse Rain Behan and Jessica Brown.
A rosary will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, June 9, at Great Plains Hall with a wake to follow at same location. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 10, at St. Stephens Catholic Church with Father Andrew Jinsetter officiating.
Interment will be in the St. Stephens Catholic Cemetery. Services are provided by Wind Dancer Funeral Home.
