A 'fact of life' about meth crimes in Fremont County

Jun 4, 2017 - Lee Lukens, Lander

Editor:

I can appreciate what Sheriff Hornecker said about reservation and non-reservation law enforcement cooperating on meth cases. I'm sure they try.

Before I go on, let me say this: I have never committed a crime of any kind, and I hope I never will. But I know that if I did commit a drug crime, the place I would go so as to have the least chance of being caught is the Wind River Indian Reservation.

That's just a fact of life, and I think everyone in this part of Wyoming knows it. Keep working on that cooperation, everybody.
