May 31, 2017 - Ray Finster, CasperEditor:
Along the same lines as what Randy Tucker wrote about on May 14, "Things you'll see nowhere else," I remember driving with my dad to pick up some bales of hay when I was a little boy in the 1960s. We lived outside Casper, and we went through Worland on our trip.
I don't remember many details, but I do remember that when we were in Worland we stopped for lunch, and there was a man who rode his horse right down Main Street and left it tied to a parking meter while he went into a store. After he tied the horse to the parking post, he put a nickel into the parking meter. Swear to god.
