Apr 20, 2017 - By Daniel Bendtsen, Staff WriterEvery year, the federal government spends millions of dollars in Wyoming. For small-business owners interested in selling their products and services to the federal government, the Wyoming Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is offering a workshop on the subject.
Small-business owners can learn how to become a HUBZone-designated firm that can benefit them, and receive an introduction to free resources that will assist them in navigating the federal procurement process. This workshop, titled "HUBZone and Matchmaking Event," is scheduled May 4 from 2 p.m. 4:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Fremont County Library, 1330 W. Park Ave., in Riverton.
The program is free of charge, but participants must register at www.wyomingsbdc.org. For further information, call Brett Housholder at (307) 234-3203.
