Mrs. Weber was born June 26, 1952, in Helena, Mont., the daughter of Olen and Evelyn Johnson. She graduated from Helena High School and later from the University of Montana where she studied social work and psychology. She spent a few years working different jobs around Montana, but her family said the job she enjoyed most was helping people with head injuries through a program in Riverton.
Her family said Mrs. Weber was a talented woman and very crafty. They said she loved to teach others her skills, and her interests included sewing, interior design, cooking and baking, especially cookies with her grandchildren. Cleaning her home and shopping for something on sale were two of her favorite hobbies.
Mrs. Weber is survived by her husband, James Weber; her mother, Evelyn Chapek; her stepfather, Bill Chapek of Pahrump, N.V.; her daughters, Kristen O'Connor of Idaho and Dawn Rodgers of Texas; her brother, David Hoge of Ohio; her sister, Kathy Pince; four grandchildren, Kyler O'Connor of Idaho, Drey Rodgers of Washington, Joran Rodgers and Rylan Rodgers of Texas; and her faithful dog Maxwell, who she left to keep an eye on her husband, James.¬She was preceded in death by her father, Olen K Johnson.
