Jun 24, 2012 - StaffFormer Lander businessman Neil J. Guymon died Friday, June 22, 2012, in Mesquite, Nev.
He was 68 years old.
Funeral services are at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 26, at Hudson's Funeral Home of Lander.
Neil J. Guymon was born on Oct. 18, 1943 in Provo, Utah, to LaGrande Jackson Guymon and Norine LaRue Miner Anderson.
He grew up in both Provo and Powell.
He married Lola Louraine Wilson in Worland on Jan. 8, 1965.
They raised their family in Lander.
Mr. Guymon was a master electrician and was the owner of RIC Electric for 38 years.
Mr. Guymon is survived by his wife, Lola; son Clinton Guymon and wife Sandra of Lander; daughters Gina Tann and her husband, Gary, of Syracuse, Utah, and Brigida McRae and her husband, Joel, of St George, Utah; brothers Gary Guymon and wife Boots of Evanston, and Rex Anderson of Prescott Valley, Ariz.; a sister, Vickie Streeter, and her husband, John, of Cody; his stepmother, Patricia Guymon; and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers Daniel Anderson and Craig Guymon; a son, David Guymon.
Local arrangements are by Hudson's Funeral Home of Lander.
