May 6, 2012 - StaffCentral Wyoming College is offering National Electrical Code Update classes at Outreach Centers in Jackson and Lander.
The courses are offered in Jackson May 11-12 and in Lander on June 1-2 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Participants in the course learn the changes in the 2011 National Electrical Code as well as being updated on code requirements, tables and calculations.
"These are new trainings being offered in our service area to provide workers who would otherwise have to travel to Casper or Rock Springs to attend," CWC workforce training coordinator Michael Cheek said.
The course is approved for continuing education credit for electrician license renewal in Wyoming, Idaho and Montana.
