Is law banning court review on wolves legal?

In the news it says Congress might pass a bill on wolf management that says the wolf plan can not be challenged in court. I have never heard of that before. Is that legal?

I though the courts were there to balance out laws passed by Congress if they are challenged. It's part of the Constitution, isn't it? I just don't see how a law like that could ever "fly."
